Study on the baking resistance of 8011 aluminum sheet lid stock
 
The ROPP aluminum lid is widely used in beverage because of its hygienic, good sealing, easy opening, anti fake and strong decoration,Liquor, cosmetics and other packaging industry. Suitable for the production of ROPP lid of aluminum alloy materials are more, such as 1100, 3003, 5052, and so on, at present to moderate intensity of 8011 H16 based. However, as the user in the processing of 8011 H16 aluminum sheet lid stock process, to bake, paint, glazing and other five heating processes, the maximum temperature of 210 degrees, each process is called about 12 minutes, totaling 1 hours. Requirements 8011 H16 aluminum lid stock must have higher mechanical stability. Therefore, it is necessary to find out the reasonable production process of 8011 H16 aluminum sheet, and make the tensile strength still reach 100--120Mpa. after 5 minutes and 210 degrees of heat preservation for 10 minutes



1. 8011 Aluminum Sheet lid Quality Requirements

A. Room temperature mechanical properties
According to the situation of the users on the cover material and related standards, the following 8011 mechanical properties of H16 alloy lid stock.

B. Mechanical properties of after baking
After 5 consecutive 210 degree heat preservation for 10 minutes, the tensile strength of the product can be maintained at 100~120Mpa.

8011 Aluminum Sheet lid experimental method
The use of 8011 alloy is added to the Mn trace elements based on standard components of 8011 alloy on the nominal composition control in 0.1%, respectively, ingot homogenizing annealing at 550 degrees and 580 degrees, and then after hot rolling cold rolling 0.7mm, intermediate annealing cold rolling to the finished thickness 0.22mm. The chemical composition of the alloy was analyzed and compared with the properties after baking.

Conclusion:
A. micro Mn can significantly improve recrystallization temperature of 8011 alloy and enhance stability during baking.
B. 8011 alloy ingot containing Mn can get better heating effect when heated at 550.
C. control the final cold rolling deformation of sheet metal after annealing is 45%--50%. After baking, it has good stability, tensile strength and storage capacity of 110--120Mpa.
